Birgit Ströbel is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and mentor with around 30 years of experience building, scaling and transforming companies. She co-founded successful ventures such as ImmobilienScout24, holidayInsider, Design Offices and FoundersFightClub, and brings hands-on expertise from building and restructuring organizations and teams of up to 500 employees.
Since many years I work as a strategic sparring partner for business owners, supporting mid-sized companies in making their business models and organizations future-proof. As an AI Transformation Architect, I also help organizations roll out AI in a structured way, from strategic framing to implementation.
In the startup ecosystem, I am particularly committed to support female founders. I am active in various advisory and board roles and share my entrepreneurial experience as a business angel. At SKINNOVATION, I help founders sharpen their pitches and I am available on-site as an investor for questions, feedback and honest sparring.
