After many years in communications and marketing, Constantin looked for a place to test his own ideas. When he couldn’t find it, he built it.
In 2019 he founded the non-profit BERLIN STARTUP SCHOOL. Since then, he and his team have supported 100+ founders from first idea to first investment through programs, workshops, and hands-on advising. To date, alumni have raised close to €1M. The school works with 150+ coaches and mentors across disciplines to help startups grow with real-world expertise.
