Florina Herbein is Head of Corporate Venturing at QAware, where she leads initiatives in business model innovation, venture building, and strategic investments. With over 15 years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, she combines corporate strategy with hands-on venture creation.
Prior to QAware, she served for a decade as Managing Director of a family office, financing and guiding startups. She also gained early-stage experience as a Venture Architect at a company builder. She is a mentor for early stage startups at the HerVenture Program (TH Augsburg) and the NOW2NEXT Program at Digitales Zentrum Schwaben (DZ.S).
Through Herbein Venture Partners, she acts as a co-entrepreneur for innovation in mid-sized companies, helping them build new growth paths and translate their core capabilities into scalable business models.
