Klaus is a former Google manager and serial entrepreneur with a career spanning digital transformation, disruptive innovation, and go-to-market strategy. He spent the first half of his professional journey in senior leadership roles at global companies including Google, T-Mobile, and Hutchison Whampoa, where he built deep operational and strategic expertise while experiencing the limits of traditional corporate environments.
Since 2015, Klaus has been a full-time entrepreneur. He has built and scaled multiple startups, raising close to €20 million across 5+ funding rounds from leading international growth investors and Business Angels, and achieved a personal exit in the data and marketing technology sector in late 2023.
He is currently fully focused on his latest venture, Wictory.ai, a startup at the intersection of SportsTech and HealthTech. Wictory.ai develops agentic AI that integrates data from wearables, glucose sensors, blood biomarkers, and other sources to deliver hyper-personalized performance insights. Together with elite coaches and athletes across multiple sports, Klaus and his team combine cutting-edge sports science with AI-driven intelligence to enable smarter, individualized training and recovery decisions.
