Sophia Rödiger

Sophia Rödiger is the Chief Marketing Officer at 1KOMMA5°, a clean-energy unicorn and technology platform for carbon-neutral power, heat, and mobility. Trained as a business psychologist and author, she has spent 15 years shaping innovation in the digital energy and mobility space. Most recently she founded and served as CEO of bloXmove, a blockchain technology company that emerged after a management buyout with Mercedes-Benz. Her career began at Mercedes-Benz in various management roles focused on startup investment and digital transformation. Sophia previously served on the bitkom board and is an international keynote speaker.
