Susann Hoffmann is a creative force, curious mind, mother, feminist and serial entrepreneur at heart.
With her company MANTI MANTI she creates the coolest kids eyewear brand around – combining design, functionality and sustainability while taking a hard bet empowerment for kids with glasses. MANTI MANTI has won the most prestigious awards – for design, brand and product – within the optical industry in just over two years since starting.
Her route into entrepreneurship was anything but typical. With a background in theatre studies and German literature, she didn’t follow a business blueprint — she followed curiosity and conviction. That mindset first led her to found EDITION F, a pioneering feminist media platform (now part of Funke Media Group). Through the online magazine, major conferences with up to 5,000 guests, and the digital coaching program Female Future Force, she supported over 12,000 women in unlocking their potential — many going on to start companies of their own.
Whether she’s reshaping media or rethinking kids’ eyewear, Susann’s work shares a common thread: making space. For new voices, new ideas, and new generations who get to see the world — and themselves — a little more clearly.
