Svenja Lassen is Head of Startup Services at Startup City Hamburg. In 2020, she founded the Female Investors Network (FIN) as a hub for active and aspiring female business angels throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Her goal is to sustainably increase the proportion of women in the startup investment scene. To this end, she launched the FIN Academy in 2022, an online program for training female investors, which has already been completed by over 230 women.
