Victoria Effer is one of Germany’s most influential voices on AI on LinkedIn. In just 18 months, she has grown her audience to more than 85,000 followers and generated over 20 million impressions in the past year alone.
Her work makes AI relevant to ambitious professionals without technical backgrounds. Through content, keynotes and community experiences, Victoria helps people understand new technology, strengthen their visibility and create opportunities beyond the traditional career ladder. As a TEDx speaker, she has addressed audiences of more than 5,000 people and collaborated with global brands including OpenAI, Adobe, Duolingo, LinkedIn and Google.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Victoria worked as an Account Director across LinkedIn’s Marketing and Talent Solutions at its EMEA headquarters in Dublin. Alongside her commercial role, she co-led Women@LinkedIn and helped build a community of more than 1,000 professionals. She also organized events in collaboration with companies including TikTok, Google and Meta.
